Unlocking is a very simple and straightforward process that requires no expertise.
To receive an unlock code for your phone, firstly you should use our Order Form (the link is below).
When payment is received, we use the information that you have provided (i.e. the IMEI number) to our time coded servers to generate a unique code for your phone. The process typically takes around an hour, dependent on current demand this can be a little longer.
Once the code is generated, we will send it to your chosen e-mail address with full step by step instructions on how to enter the code into your Curve phone.
This process should take you no longer than a few minutes to carry out.
